Conwy Half Marathon

Carole Jones is running the Conwy Half Marathon on 20th November in aid of NWDA. She say’s “I work and am a mum. My son has hearing loss which we didn't know about until he was 7. He has only just, 5 years later had a hearing aid. This has meant he has missed out on some basic phonics and therefore has to work super hard at school just to keep up. Without NWDA we wouldn't know what is available to make people's lives easier and safer - just as easy and safe as someone without hearing loss.”

Donations needed for future fundraising events

New items for Tombola would be appreciated - a great way to recycle any unwanted gifts. 
Items can be dropped off at our offices in Colwyn Bay 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday or in Mold Office at Corlan - just leave in reception.

Collections have been arranged at the following venues between

10am and 3 pm

We have been supported by a number of individuals over the years who have done a variety of challenging events to raise money on our behalf.  Rafting, running, sky diving to name a few.  We thank all these brave people who have contributed towards our charity and enabled us to fund support for people with a hearing loss across North Wales.  If you want to support us in this way then please get in touch or if you would like to support any of the current events please see below.  Thanks for your support!

Pam Williams hiked along the cycle path from Rhos-on-Sea to Rhyl on 3rd Oct. 12 miles in total! 
Pam has raised a total of £144.05.  Thank to you everyone who donated.
Conwy Half Marathon!!!
Holly Cuffin from NWDA and her friend Sarah Price bravely ran the 13 miles of the Conwy Half Marathon including round the Great Orme and raised £208 for NWDA. Many thanks to both of them.
